Access Tiers

Every user gets a role that determines what they can see and do. The framework supports four tiers of access.

Administrator

Full system control

Complete access to every view and every function. The administrator can manage users, configure the system, and oversee all project data across all disciplines.

  • View and edit all project data
  • Manage staff roster and allocations
  • Access all analytics and reports
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Import, export, and manage scenarios
  • Configure system settings and customisations

Manager

Full project management

Full access to all project views and editing across all disciplines. Managers can plan, allocate, and analyse — everything except user account management.

  • View and edit all project data
  • Manage staff roster and allocations
  • Access all analytics and reports
  • Cannot manage user accounts
  • Import, export, and manage scenarios

Engineer

5 discipline-specific roles

Engineers can view the entire project but only edit within their assigned discipline group. Each of the five discipline groups has its own engineer role.

  • View all project data across all disciplines
  • Edit project data within own discipline group only
  • Allocate staff within own discipline group only
  • Access analytics and reports
  • Cannot manage users or system settings
Five roles — one per discipline: Structural Systems, Mechanical Systems, Electrical & Electronic, Interior & Auxiliary, Surface Treatment

Guest

Read-only access

View-only access to key summary views. Guests can observe the plan, see the allocation matrix, and review summary statistics, but cannot modify anything.

  • View the dashboard and key metrics
  • View the allocation matrix (read-only)
  • View the plan summary
  • Cannot edit any data
  • Cannot access planner, roster, or broadcast
