Your Workflow Journey

From first login to actionable workforce intelligence — a typical planning cycle with Continuity Aero.

Phase 1 Project Setup

Sign in with your access key

Enter your unique key and accept the license agreement. Your role determines what you can see and do.

Create a new project or import an existing one

Start from scratch using the project planner, or import a pre-built structure from CSV or Excel.

Define your asset hierarchy

Add assets, break them into component groups, then activities, then individual tasks. Set man-hours and date ranges at the task level.

Output: A complete project tree with effort estimates
Phase 2 Workforce Population

Build your staff roster

Add personnel with their disciplines, specialisations, and availability. Use the Roster Builder for bulk import from spreadsheets.

Configure disciplines and custom strengths

Tailor the component names and discipline labels to match your organisation's terminology using the Strength Manager.

Output: A staffed roster aligned to your project's disciplines
Phase 3 Daily Operations

Allocate staff to tasks

Use the allocation matrix to assign personnel to tasks for each working day. Filter by discipline to focus on specific teams.

Generate broadcast orders

Produce daily work sheets showing each person their assigned tasks. Print or share as needed.

Review team clusters

Check team composition by discipline or by asset to ensure balanced distribution.

Output: Daily assignments, printable work orders
Phase 4 Analysis & Intelligence

Monitor the dashboard

Track demand versus capacity, workforce utilisation, and surplus/deficit indicators in real time as your plan evolves.

Run analytics

Open the analytics view for chart-based exploration of demand patterns, timelines, and resource distribution across groups and assets.

Review the plan summary

See the big picture: total man-hours, task coverage, and feasibility assessment for the entire project.

Output: Demand-capacity intelligence, feasibility assessment
Phase 5 Iterate & Optimise

Save scenarios for comparison

Snapshot your current plan as a scenario. Create alternative plans by adjusting dates, staffing, or task scope. Compare up to six scenarios side by side.

Use live scenario collaboration

Reposition asset timelines visually and see the impact reflected across the framework in real time.

Export and share

Download your project as a backup file. Share it with colleagues or archive it for future reference.

Output: Optimised plan, scenario comparisons, shareable backups
