Continuity Aero Analytical License
1. Definitions
1.1 “Software” means the Continuity Aero platform, including all associated modules, applications, source code, object code, documentation, configuration files, and related materials, unless explicitly licensed under a separate license.
1.2 “Non-Commercial Use” means use that is not primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage, monetary compensation, or revenue generation.
1.3 “Commercial Use” includes, without limitation:
- Sale, licensing, sublicensing, or distribution for a fee;
- Offering the Software as a hosted or managed service (including SaaS);
- Integration into a product or service offered for commercial advantage;
- Rebranding and redistribution for commercial purposes;
- Use within a commercial product offering provided to third parties.
2. License Grant (Non-Commercial)
Subject to the terms of this License, the Licensor grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- Use the Software;
- Copy the Software;
- Modify the Software;
solely for Non-Commercial Use.
3. Commercial Licensing
Any Commercial Use of the Software requires a separate written commercial license agreement executed by the Licensor.
No rights for Commercial Use are granted under this License.
The Licensor reserves the sole and exclusive right to grant commercial licenses under terms to be determined at the Licensor's discretion.
4. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted in Section 2, You shall not:
- Use the Software for Commercial Use without written authorization;
- Distribute or make the Software available to third parties for Commercial Use;
- Remove or alter copyright notices or this License text;
- Represent the Software as certified, regulated, or approved for operational or safety-critical applications.
5. Redistribution (Non-Commercial)
Redistribution of the unmodified Software is permitted solely for Non-Commercial Use, provided that:
- This License is included in full;
- All copyright notices remain intact;
- No fee is charged beyond reasonable distribution costs.
Modified versions may be used internally for Non-Commercial purposes but may not be commercially distributed without written authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold.
All rights not expressly granted under this License are reserved by the Licensor.
Certain modules within the Software may be released under separate open-source licenses. In such cases, the terms of the applicable open-source license shall govern those modules.
No trademark rights are granted under this License without prior written permission.
7. No Warranty
The Software is intended solely for analytical, research, educational, and experimental purposes. It is not certified for regulatory, operational, or safety-critical applications.

This License shall terminate automatically upon breach of its terms. Upon termination, all rights granted under this License shall immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Licensor's residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
